New Year’s Resolutions Workshop! Psychodrama Therapist: Andrea Ferpo

Psychology + Improv Drama Therapy: Healing & Transformative.

Learn how to rewrite your story and start the new year with creative expansion!

  • Psychodrama is a therapeutic technique that blends psychology + improv theatre.

It fosters a powerful space where we explore our inner world through movement, storytelling, and playful embodiment (not just through words).

As personal stories are re-enacted and transformed, you can experience your story through new perspectives.

    With Andrea's guidance, you:

    • Will observe how initial stories evolve, becoming filled with new ideas and emotions

    • Are given the opportunity to look at past events in new ways

    • Can arrive with new perspectives and fresh insights.

It’s experiential, healing, imaginative, and deeply human.

  • This workshop is a beautiful mix of movement, imagination, vulnerability, and discovery.

    Setting Intentions for 2026:
    • Intentions that feel aligned
    • Becoming the person you’re proud to be
    • Emotional wellbeing + self-care that supports your growth

    • You want to be part of a supportive group where others resonate with your experiences and emotions, finding empathy and understanding.

    • You’re drawn to art, improvisation, and expressive, theatrical play. Prior experience is not needed. Everyone is welcome.

    • You’re ready to begin the New Year with clarity and let go of old patterns and choosing what you no longer want to carry into this next chapter.

  • Andrea is a psychodrama therapist and multidisciplinary artist whose work weaves together psychology and theatre to create powerful spaces for emotional transformation.

Originally trained in Buenos Aires, she blends her background as a Peruvian actress, improv teacher, stage director, and clown with the depth and insight of psychodrama practice.

Since 2017, Andrea has specialised in Sensory Improv, a method that merges embodied intuition with therapeutic exploration.

She has travelled the world teaching, facilitating, and directing ensembles in this unique approach.

Her creative works include Pulsión, a solo piece rooted in theatre and psychodramatic embodiment, and Living is Like, showcased at the New Zealand Improv Festival and soon to be performed in Sydney.
