New Year’s Resolutions Workshop! Psychodrama Therapist: Andrea Ferpo
Psychology + Improv Drama Therapy: Healing & Transformative.
Learn how to rewrite your story and start the new year with creative expansion!
-
Psychodrama is a therapeutic technique that blends psychology + improv theatre.
It fosters a powerful space where we explore our inner world through movement, storytelling, and playful embodiment (not just through words).
As personal stories are re-enacted and transformed, you can experience your story through new perspectives.
With Andrea's guidance, you:
Will observe how initial stories evolve, becoming filled with new ideas and emotions
Are given the opportunity to look at past events in new ways
Can arrive with new perspectives and fresh insights.
It’s experiential, healing, imaginative, and deeply human.
-
This workshop is a beautiful mix of movement, imagination, vulnerability, and discovery.
