Corporate Training & Workshops

You can feel it when a team isn’t reaching its potential.

The sales conversation that goes flat. The meeting where everyone agrees, but nobody says what they really think. The problem that keeps coming back, no matter how many times it’s discussed.

People rarely need another presentation telling them to listen, collaborate or think creatively. They need the chance to practise those skills together.

Improv Life Lessons offers three separate, hands-on workshops. Each creates a space where people can let go of old habits, try something new and discover what they’re capable of.

1. Sales & Negotiation

You can know your product inside out and still lose the room.

A client hesitates. Their body language changes. An objection comes out of nowhere. In that moment, it’s tempting to talk faster, push harder or retreat into a rehearsed script. But the most powerful response often begins with noticing what’s happening and truly listening.

This workshop helps your team become more present and responsive in sales conversations. Through applied improv, they practise reading body language, using tone with intention and active listening that goes beyond waiting for their turn to speak.

They learn to stay with a difficult conversation, ask better questions and build trust, even when they don’t know what the other person will say next.

2. Team Building

The problem on the agenda isn’t always the real problem.

Maybe people are making assumptions. Maybe a team member has stopped speaking up. Maybe everyone is working hard, but they’re pulling in different directions. Under so many workplace challenges is something deeply human: the need to be heard, understood and able to contribute.

This workshop gives teams a fresh way to see how they work together. Improv activities bring communication habits into the open without singling anyone out. Participants practise listening, building on each other’s ideas and responding when things don’t go to plan.

It’s a chance to get beneath the surface of recurring problems and find more effective ways to collaborate.

3. Creative Intelligence

You’ve talked about the challenge in meeting after meeting. Somehow, you keep arriving at the same answers.

AI can give you a hundred ideas in seconds. But it can’t replace the human spark that asks, What if we’re looking at this the wrong way?

This workshop guides participants through seven ways to look at a problem differently. Through applied improv, they practise breaking familiar patterns, making surprising connections and exploring possibilities before judging them.

It helps people trust their creative intelligence again and bring more imagination, courage and fresh thinking to the challenges in front of them.
